

Sono Artists Consulting, founded in 2007, based in Vienna, Austria, is a boutique firm serving the needs of artists, organizations and institutions, focusing on artist management, PR and marketing for individual artists and events, festival organization and artist management of these at each stage of the planning. Since its founding Sono already enjoys important standing in the classical music business and has established a broad range of international contacts to serve its exclusive clientele.

•PR production for soprano Diana Damrau at the occasion of her Carnegie Hall recital debut in 2007. In addition to securing interviews with WQXR and WNYC radio, as a result of sono’s initiatives, Ms. Damrau was also invited to participate in the Richard Tucker Gala Concert in the fall which resulted in live broadcast across the United States and Canada, and press in The New York Times and other major media outlets. Sono artists also connected Ms. Damrau with musicolgist Claudio Osele (author of the Cecilia Bartoli Vivaldi, Salieri, Gluck and Opera Prohibita recordings) who helped select lesser known operatic repertoire for her first Virgin Classics release entitled ‘’Arie di Bravura”.

•Marketing strategy and PR with the Vita e Voce concert and artist agency for the Edita Gruberova, Paolo Gavanelli Bel Canto Gala Concert held at the Herkulessaal der Residenz, Munich. A sold out event.
•Establishment of the first Schloss Laudon Chamber Music Festival in the summer in Vienna, Austria, founded by the renowned Viennese aron quartett. Services for this project included coordinating creative design for the branding of the festival, PR, development of marketing strategy, sponsorship activities, resulting in sold-out concerts for the first year of festival.
